Green plants pop with Restoration Hardware look

The new Restoration Hardware designs and color palettes are very popular right now.  Because the colors are earth-tones, grays, or metal finishes, contrasting color really pops with these muted finishes.   There is no better pop than a lush vibrant live green plant.  See the photo below with the Restoration Hardware Aviator coffee table and club chairs, topped with a beautiful plant bowl containing a pothos and a croton.

Fine Rhapis Humilus Palm

The Rhapis Humilus Palm has finer leaves than a Standard Rhapis.  They are beautiful plants that need good lighting and lots of water.  This is one of the more dramatic indoor office plants that you can find.  In the photo below, look at how the leaves Rhapis Humilus compliment the slats of the venetian blinds.   The container is a 30" Tall ASI European Collection.

For comparison, the photo below is a standard Rhapis with wider leaves.  The container is the Restoration Hardware Tapered Zinc collection:

New, Hip and Hardy: Dracaena Rikki

This is a relatively new plant in this large size -- the Dracaena Rikki.  We like Dracaenas because they are one of the best office plants you can choose. It is in an Architectural Supplements European Collection Tall Square:

The same plant and container are used here to hide a stark metal pole that is right in the middle of the floor space:

Dracaena Lisa

This is a great Dracaena Lisa Specimen, and it is in an Architectural Supplements European Collection Square container.  The Dacaena family of plants is one of the best indoor plants, being able to live in lower light and not needing much water.
